4. Information We Collect.
4.1 Personal information.
Personal information is information that is associated with your name or personal identity. NuSI uses personal information to better understand your needs and interests and to provide you with better service. Once you choose to provide us with personal information, you can be assured it will be used only to support your relationship with NuSI. We take seriously the trust you place in us. NuSI will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others. NuSI collects and analyzes non-personal information to evaluate how visitors use the NuSI Websites. Consequently, collected information is tied to the user’s personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the user. We do have log files, but we do not currently use the log files. We may use the log files in the future as and when the need arises.

We do not employ a software technology called clear gifs (web beacons/web bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web users.

NuSI does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and NuSI does not target its website to children under 13. NuSI is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests.

6.1 Special Offers and Updates.
We may send our registering customers a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established users may occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users any communications we send will present the option to not receive these types of communications in the future.
